Add-Vantage Construction was established in 1988. Its founders have managed other local construction companies since the early 70's. Their combined experience ranges from high-skilled carpentry, to custom homes, to subdivision development.

The founders of Add-Vantage Construction use this vast construction experience to focus on remodeling and renovation, with special emphasis on design quality, aesthetics and functionality. Licensing

We are a fully licensed contractor in the state of Massachusetts (MA Registration 109254). All Add-Vantage Construction jobs are completed under official building code regulations, and with all proper permits from local building inspection agencies.

Insurance

We carry liability insurance to protect the customer. We hire only licensed, insured, and experienced sub-contractors, with proven records for quality and efficiency.

Our experience in design, drafting and project conception gives the customer a unique mix of solid design based on functionality, efficiency and aesthetics, while allowing the customer to fully participate in the design process. We use Computer Aided Design in order to automate and improve the design process, making changes easier to implement and reducing design time. We plan to create Three Dimensional job renderings to fully explain the proposed project designs.

Computerized Estimates & Cost Control

Computer aided estimation and cost accounting give us accurate and up-to-the minute information on bid pricing and job costs. We provide detailed estimates which coincide with the contract and project plans to give a complete description and cost analysis of the project. We believe so strongly in the principles of sound estimating that we wrote our own estimating software, which is now being used by builders nation-wide.

On Schedule

We use PERT scheduling techniques to ensure efficient project control, and to minimize job duration and labor costs. These techniques allow us to pass on the savings to the customer. By using these scheduling techniques we have found that our total project duration is less than that of competitive companies.

Projects Completed

• We have completed over 20 custom designed and built homes locally, and have pictures and plans of all of them.
• We designed and built the Bar Addition to Speroni's Restaurant on Route 109 in Medway.
• We designed and built the Mid-Town Medical Building across from the fire station in Milford and the 40,000 square foot Milford Common office building on Main Street in Milford, MA.
• We have designed and completed hundreds of remodeling, renovation, and addition projects in the area. We have the plans to each, and a photographic journal highlighting these jobs.
